Scope of assessment

What we assess, and under which authority

Conformity assessment is an evidence activity. We examine documented systems, processes and records against the clause requirements of the applicable standard, and we state what we found. Every service below carries an explicit status: either it sits inside the accredited scope granted to us, or it does not.

Full service register How the accredited scope is defined

Terminology: ISO EU LLC audits, inspects and certifies. Only national accreditation bodies accredit.
Separation: Implementation advisory services are not offered on this domain. They are provided by a separate organisation on a separate domain and are never bundled with certification.
Non-accredited work: Where a service falls outside the accredited scope, it is labelled at every point of description — in listings, on the service page and in proposals.

§ 02

Public verification

Every certificate is verifiable in public, in real time

Each certificate carries a cryptographically unique reference and a dynamic QR code. Scanning it, or opening the reference, leads to a live record showing the certified legal entity, the corporate registration number, the normative standard, the certified and geographical scope, the cycle dates and the current operational status.

Status changes are never softened. A suspension, reduction or withdrawal is published with the administrative reason, so that a certificate cannot be presented out of context in a commercial tender.

No intermediate caching

Verification responses bypass browser and proxy caches entirely, so a status change is visible worldwide immediately.

Immutable reference

Each record has a unique cryptographic query identifier intended for the dynamic QR image printed on the physical certificate.

Full cycle dates

Initial registration, current cycle start and expiry are published together, so a certificate's standing can be judged on its own terms.

Status values: VALID · SUSPENDED · WITHDRAWN · REDUCED · EXPIRED — published verbatim, with the administrative reason where the status is not VALID.
Anti-counterfeiting: Physical certificates carry a dynamic QR image bound to the record. A printed document that cannot be matched to a live record is not issued by us.

Impartiality & governance

Decisions you can examine — and challenge

Executive management is committed to independent auditing, freedom from commercial bias and non-discriminatory access. Certification decisions are taken by qualified personnel whose compensation is entirely detached from audit outcomes, sales targets or billing volumes. Anyone affected by a decision may challenge it through a published, binding process.

Non-retaliation

Lodging a complaint never results in discriminatory treatment, additional audit burden or commercial consequence.

Personnel insulation

Evaluations are routed to personnel who have had no operational, auditing or commercial relationship with the subject for at least 24 months.

Open access

Services are available to all applicants regardless of size, trade group affiliation or number of certifications requested.

Complaints: Public intake, no account required. A private tracking identifier is issued on submission.
Appeals: Formal challenge to any audit finding, classification, scope reduction or denial. Decisions of the Appeals Board are binding.
